We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
