We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images may vary slightly depending on your device. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
5. Orders
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and issue a full refund if:
- A product is out of stock
- A pricing error has occurred
- We are unable to verify payment
6. Payment
We accept payment via Apple Pay through our secure payment provider Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
7. Shipping
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. We hope to expand to additional locations in the near future.
- Shipping cost: €6.99 per order
- Estimated delivery time will be confirmed at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control
8. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at alan@alphamedia.ie within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, used, or outside the return window.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at alan@alphamedia.ie within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Discount Codes
Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to the following:
- One discount code per order
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers
- Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- We reserve the right to withdraw or expire discount codes at any time
